During Unwind in the City, Broadworks is hosting live performances across the City of London! Take in a performance of spoken word poetry in the heart of the City.

Featuring performances from London-based poets Edda Smith, Mary Duggan and Julian Bishop.
Edda R. Smith is a poet, digital artist, and photographer from Italy. She has a background in Art and Literature. Her poetry collection, 'Between Light and Shadow' relates to mental health, human connection, and vulnerability.
Mary Duggan is a London Irish published poet. She holds the international Poetica award and her work has been displayed across the TfL network. She has a strong connection with London art groups such as Hive Curates. She facilitates poetry and word-collage workshops, fundraisers. Her poetic song is lyrical Irish mixed mythology with science.
Julian Bishop’s first collection of eco poems ‘We Saw It All Happen’ was published in 2023 by Fly On The Wall Press. He’s currently working on a collection of poems about the life and times of the Italian painter Caravaggio.
