With a new theme woven in each time, it’s perfect for those who want to leave feeling centred rather than sweaty (and yoga beginners). Suitable for absolute beginners. Mats and yoga blocks provided.

Vanessa Hatton-Riviera is the proud founder of Body 'n Soul Yoga, Bishop's Stortford's first yoga studio, and now expanding into London. For the past two years, she has served as the UK Yoga Lead for Virgin Active.
